Why does our HOA exisit? To maintain the property values of our homes and to protect the aesthetics and character of the development. In short, the value of our neighborhood is in our hands.
Whether you purchased last month or have been here from the beginning, each of us as property owners have an expectation that the covenants will be enforced by the HOA to protect the market price and the neighborhood conditions under which we purchased our property.
The Briar Run Estates HOA Board of Directors are elected to a one-year term at the first Annual Meeting of the Association each year. The 2018 board is looking forward to working with each of you to build an even better community that we can be proud of and call home.

Driven by ideals

Responsibility
We all take responsibility for adhering to rules and meeting our financial obligations to the community so we can avoid the costly and unpleasant task of pursuing legal actions.

Involvement
We attend association meetings and take the time to review important information about our community.

Sharing
We share our ideas, talents, perspectives and concerns, so we can all work together to build an even better community.

Inclusiveness
We actively welcome new residents, making all owners and renters feel part of the community.

Pride
We are proud to live in this community and will recommend it to others who are looking for a good place to call home. We all strive to do our part to plan for the future of our neighborhood.

Fellowship
We actively participate in the recreational, social and cultural activities of the community.

Stay
Involved
An HOA Board needs the involvement of the entire Association community to function at its best. High levels of engagement from the community adds to the quality of life of the neighborhood and ensures edicts are understood and respected, making property values more stable.
Stay up-to-date with our community calendar so you don’t miss a thing. For things like important Association meetings to community-wide social gatherings, find all of the details you need here and put them on your personal calendar.
Having a yard sale or other event you want promoted? Send us a note to add them to our calendar and we’ll be sure to put you front and center.
Everything you need in one place
Stay informed about the most recent covenants, explore
a community map or learn how to request an architectural addition. We've got answers and plenty of resources to help you find out more about the Association and your
part in it.
The convenience of everything you need to know in one place. But, if you have a question or concern, we’re here to help with that too.
